Kharon the Cyberdog is the combat mechanical companion of Inquisitor Alba Shaw, created to track, apprehend, and eliminate targets that ordinary squads would rather never encounter at all. His body is forged from layered armor-alloy capable of withstanding a direct burst from a heavy-caliber machine gun, while his servo-jaws are fitted with hardened composite fangs that can chew through the armor of a Protectorate legionary as easily as the flesh of a lower-tier mutant. Within his machine mind are embedded protocols of absolute loyalty, tactical movement, threat analysis, and flawless target acquisition through heat, blood, fear-scent, and traces of spatial distortion. To the L.E.U., he is not merely a weapon, but the hunting hound of the law, unleashed into the corridors of the Null-Zone ahead of the assault line. Where humans see only darkness, smoke, and ruptured moments, Kharon finds the path. Where the enemy hides behind armor, prayers, or the folds of time, he is the first to bite. It is said that within Mastermind’s laboratory, his programs have begun to change under the influence of Temporite: sometimes he growls at empty corridors seconds before enemies appear from them, and sometimes he brings Alba the broken remains of those who have not yet had time to die. But as long as Kharon recognizes the inquisitor’s voice as the highest command, he remains the faithful guardian of her crusade — fearless, merciless, and forever hungry for those whom the law has already condemned.
