Your order is printed or prepared in small batches. Normal production time is 1–2 weeks.

Each order is checked before packing. Resin products ship unpainted and may require assembly or minor cleanup.

Orders are packed carefully, with free U.S. shipping at $50 and replacement coverage for damaged products.

How long does production take?+

Most orders are produced within 1–2 weeks before shipment. Larger or especially complex orders may require additional time.

How do resin items arrive?+

Resin products are supplied unpainted and may require assembly and minor cleanup before priming or painting.

What happens if an order arrives damaged?+

Damaged products will be replaced. Contact the workshop with your order details and clear photographs of the damage.

Do you accept returns?+

Non-custom products may be returned within 30 days. Custom work is not eligible for standard returns.
